Q1: What is your minimum order quantity?
A: The MOQ for each item is usually 2000 pieces/color. Some items can be as low as 1000 pieces.

Q2: Can you do OEM design?
A: Yes, the customer logo, color and packing are all right. We can also produce products as your artwork or samples.

Q3: What kind of packing can you offer?
A: We can produce articles in various packages, and of course we can produce them according to customer's requirements.
Just give us a picture for reference. We can provide professional advice to our clients.

Q4: Sample cost and time? Samples are usually more expensive than products because we need to test them before we send them out.
A: We can make samples according to your requirements.
General product samples take about 7-10 days.

Q5: What about the delivery time and payment terms?
A: Usually 30-45 days depending on the project and the number of orders.
Terms of payment: Usually 30% deposit by telegraphic transfer and 70% payment by telegraphic transfer against copy of Bill of lading.

Q6: Which exhibition do you attend every year?
A: The Canton Fair/Hong Kong International Fair is held in November every year, and we also attend various exhibitions in other countries.
